How do I track my order?

All customers will receive an order confirmation email. You can also track your order from the footer menu on the website by keying in your order ID and email address.

What form of payment is accepted?

We currently accept credit card, online banking, atome and e-wallet only.

I haven’t received my order confirmation email, what should I do?

Please double check your email inbox or spam/junk folder for the confirmation email. If you still haven’t received it, please contact our support team at info@beautela.my

How do I cancel my order?

We’re sorry to hear that you want to cancel the order. You can contact our support team at info@beautela.my and we shall advise you on the status of cancellation. For information regarding the return procedure, kindly visit our Refund & Returns policy page here.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

We highly recommend you to review your address information before placing your order. However, you still can reach out to us at info@beautela.my for assistance within 12 hours before the parcel is shipped out.

Do you offer refunds and returns?

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases made online. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at: info@beautela.my. For more information on our returns, read here.

Can I edit or change my order list?

Changes are not allowed once your order has been submitted.

Shipping

How much are your delivery fees?

West Malaysia : RM6.50
East Malaysia : RM15.00

When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be delivered within 2–5 working days for West Malaysia and 5–7 working days for East Malaysia (excluding weekends and public holidays).

How can I track the delivery?

You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped.

Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box?

Unfortunately not, because all parcels require acknowledgement of receipt. Please be sure that someone will be available at the address provided to receive your parcel.

What is the BEAUTELA membership programme?

Will the BEAUTELA membership expire?

Your BEAUTELA membership is valid for 12 months from the date of registration.

We will send you the birthday voucher code via email on your birthday month. This code is only valid on your birthday month, and can be used for any online purchases through the website.

How do I change my account details?

It’s easy to make changes or update your details on your account dashboard, where you can update your address, email address and password. Just log in to your account and update your details in the Account Details section.
